No CDs?? OMG!!

After ballet class today (as it turns out, there was no church today), we - me, my Mom, Lori (the maid), Jia He, Jia Wei, and my cousin, Chen Chen - sadly, ALL the boys are really annoying - went to my cousin, Rachel's, house. Rachel is sooo cute. She's like 5 years old but looks like she's 3. And she doesn't say "la" and all that Malaysian slang. Last time, someone said "la", and she was like, "No! You can't say 'la'. There's no such thing as 'la.'" Or something. And another time, JQ hit her (you know how rough he is) and when my cousin, Jacqueline, asked her why she didn't hit him back, she said, "Because I don't want to be rude."

Seriously. How precious is that? She can get a little hyperactive sometimes, if she really knows you, but if you're a stranger to her, she'll get all shy and quiet and won't say anything to you at all. I was asking her where her Ivy + Bean book was, and she just kept jumping around and yelling something over and over again. Can't remember what it was though. So I gave up and went to look for it myself.

After that, at about 4 o' clock in the afternoon, we went to Mid Valley because I told my Mom I wanted to go to MPH (the bookstore, not the mental problem hospital) and Speedy (guess what for?). We went to Speedy first, but sadly, they didn't sell the Jonas Brothers' album there. I was like, "Do you sell the Jonas Brothers' album here?" And the clerk was like, "What? Can you write it down for me?" So I just picked up this Christmas CD by celebs like Corbin Bleu and pointed at the picture of JB on it, and said, "These guys." But she said no, they did not have it there, and said I could check at Tower Records.

I have never heard of Tower Records, but it was in Mid Valley. They built a new section, I see. I don't like Tower Records very much. It wasn't all bright like Speedy, and the clerk wasn't so friendly. When I asked her about the JB's album, she said, without even looking up, that they didn't have it there and said I could go check at this other store, much to my annoyance. But my Mom didn't want to go to another CD store anymore, and I didn't want to either, because they'd probably ask me to go somewhere else again, so I told Mom I'd just have to ask Justine and Jacqueline to help me buy their album and mail it to Malaysia in a parcel.

My Mom said I was crazy, but I'm so not. It's bad enough I don't like in America when all the magazines I read with really great contests and prizes in them are American, and thus are only eligible to residents of the United States and Canada (but I think Popstar! might let non-Americans enter their contests), and that the Jonas Brothers are in America, but I am not.

Oh gosh. Justine and Jacqueline are so lucky they live in California.

Whatever.

After those 2 major let-downs, we went to MPH, where I was happy again, because I bought 2 magazines (TigerBeat and Popstar!) with the JoBros in it (F.Y.I. JB and JoBros mean the Jonas Brothers). But if I wanted ANY magazine with the JB in it, I could just grab every teen celeb magazine there, because they're in almost every single magazine there. I mean, they almost always have these things on the top of TigerBeat saying, "Jonas Brothers ♥ Jonas Brothers ♥ Jonas Brothers ♥" or "SIGNED JONAS PRIZE, JB NEWS AND MORE!" and stuff like that.

They are so immensely popular (though sadly not here where I live - sob!), they even have their own magazine. Their OWN MAGAZINE. A few magazines ALL ABOUT THEM. And do you notice that so many new bands and people like Koby Kaleigh or however you spell her name are getting discovered on MySpace, or something like that? I don't see anyone getting discovered on Friendster. I pick MySpace over Friendster. The JB, Vanessa Hudgens, Push Play, The Naked Brothers Band, and Mandy (Joe Jonas' ex-girlfriend - the JB wrote a song named after her - she is now the girlfriend of CJ, Push Play's lead singer) have MySpaces/MySpace pages/MySpace accounts/what DO you call it?

I love celebrity magazines and I really want to join a proper drama class. I told Bee Bee that just now, and she said if I joined, she would join too. Cool! And did you know Saskia got new Adidas shoes that are almost exactly like mine? Except for the fact hers is newer, way nicer, and has green flower patterns on the inside. Mine are getting pretty worn-out. My bag is really worn-out too, which is why I won't let anyone open it. Why do I always spoil stuff? I mean, Emily and Zoe gave me this heart keychain with tiny purple crystals (fake) on them last year for my birthday. When Emily gave it to me, I almost immediately dropped it on the floor. So I bent down, picked it up, and dropped it once again. Which is why there are two little "craters" where the two crystals that fell out when I dropped them should have been. Wonderful!

When my phone spoils (if it ever does, I mean - I dropped it more than 10 times and it never breaks - I love my phone because of that), I'll need to find a really, really good phone because of my clumsiness. Sad. I want an iPhone, whatever it is. What IS an iPhone, anyway? Does it have Internet access? Because YuWen's dad (my uncle) has a phone (not iPhone - they're not even sure if they have it in Malaysia) that you can watch TV on, but there are only a few channels, so we go to MTV and watch the music videos. But I can wait for it.

Oh well. I gotta go now! It's 11:05pm and I have to go to sleep. I saw the Jonas Brothers' tour dates for 2008 on www.tigerbeatmag.com about 2 hours ago. And I also read the blog of a very vulgar girl who has absolutely NO respect for her parents today. She says stuff like, "Face it daddy: I HATE YOU. You always think you're helping me but you're just making me hate you. Go complain to marmie. Go die." What is up with that? She's got some seirous problems. I think she's depressed. Gosh. I can't imagine what it's like to be her.

Okay, now I've REALLY got to go. I'm not kidding this time. I'm just going to say "bye" and that's it. Going to shut down the computer. I'm NOT going to add anything anymore. So bye!

P.S. I love American magazines but I think they're just a tad expensive.
