Us cheerleaders spent most of our time in school making our pom-poms (Ms. Jasbeer showed us how). It was kinda fun, but a little boring at the same time, because it's so repetitive. We also found out that if any kind of liquid touches the crepe paper we used to make the pom-poms, it makes stains. So when we had practice, our hands got a little sweaty, so we had green fingertips.
Like an... AL IEN.
My cousin is 14. He's scared of aliens. Omg. Lol.
Pom-pom-making for more than three hours...
Green and white,
Green and white,
Fold fold,
Cut cut,
Fold fold,
Cutagain,
Divide divide,
Arrange arrange,
Tie tie,
Knot knot,
Repeat 3 times,
Trim trim,
Snip snip,
And start all over again for the 2nd pom-pom!
Anyway, my whole family is going to Club Med in Cherating tomorrow, with YuWen's family! I just told Ms. Emel today that I'm not coming on Friday (Thursday is a holiday anyway), and she asked where I'm going.
Ms. Emel: Where are you going?
Me: Cherating.
Ms. Emel: Oh... *pause* Oh! The French place, right? Club Med?
Me: Yeah.
Chanelle:Oh my gosh!
Me: Club Med is French?
Apparently, Ms. Emel and Chanelle have been to Club Med before, and they said it's really fantastic. Once you get there, you never want to leave. Yay! I'm so glad we're going. I've wanted to go since some time ago when my Mom told me they had archery there, and that it was really fun.
Wow. I can't wait to reach there. But there's the long, long car ride, though. I saved a book for it:How to Be Popularby Meg Cabot. I was supposed to save Skip Beat!(the manga) for it, too, but I finished reading it this morning... *guilt*
I think it's dinnertime now. I can hear the clinking of the silverware... Oh, it IS dinnertime. Aunty Selvi (the maid; we call all the maids "aunty") just came in and asked me to go eat dinner. Well, that's it for today. See you tomorrow!on Friday next week!
P.S. By the way, I saw Melissa Campbell (you cheerleaders know her right? That girl who came and taught us some of the moves for Low) in the newspaper today - StarTwo from The Star newspaper. She's a host, actress, and model. O_O Lucky her.
P.P.S. I now have a bit of a sore throat because of all the screaming caused by the fake rubber cockroach being thrown around yesterday. *evil eye* That's really too bad. What a time. I'm going on holiday tomorrow. Sheesh.
EMILY! READ THE NOTE TO YOU AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS POST!!
You know what I said about trying to avoid Emily today right? Um, well, yeah... I talked to her today and we are no more temporary enemies. =.=' What's wrong with me? I can never stay angry at one person for too long. It was not even 24 hours when I stopped disliking her.
Except for Tung Seng, that is. That was an exception. He was annoying beyond belief, and it embarrassed me half to death, so I couldn't not be angry. Thank God he moved on to someone else.
I know I sound mean, but really, I was super embarrassed, like I wanted the ground to open up and swallow me.
Okay, moving on to more pleasant subjects, you know how I was really mad at my Mom yesterday too, right? I'm not angry anymore (books really calm me down, if only a little). I know what you're thinking: O_O'. Ugh. I'm always like that. ALWAYS. Maybe something in my genes.
Um... I checked on my Bee Bee Egg today because of something Ms Catherine said about cracks in eggs. I found out the tape didn't work. Some fluid managed to leak out. I sniffed the tupperware, and then felt like gagging. Omg. I had no idea rotten eggs smelled so bad.
So I told Ms Cath and threw rotten old Bee Bee into the dustbin outside. Sorry, Bee Bee (as in the person)! But don't worry, I'm going to get a new Bee Bee Egg tomorrow. But cracking you was NOT MY FAULT! I didn't crack you. When I got you back from Tommy you had a crack.
My Mom came to see Ms Emel today for the Parents-Supervisor thingy. Me and Lydia Cherish helped Hazel to sort out the Cross Country number things to pin on the front and back of peoples' shirts. They were so dirty and had mud spots on them.
Oh, by the way, where has PaulMae been? Abigail and Calvin Ng kept throwing a fake rubber cockroach around today, which totally freaked me and PaulLyn out, even though we knew it was fake. But it's still disgusting. I hate cockroaches. We screamed so much. Oh gosh.
Me and my Mom went to Mid Valley and the Gardens again today, and I bought 2 new books (Skip Beat! manga and How to Be Popular by Meg Cabot). I also felt the emotion I feel when I try on jeans. No, not happiness, and not excitement either. It was frustration.
Whoever knew shopping for jeans was so hard? When I shop for jeans, I throw tantrums because I get so frustrated. If they fit around the waist, they were too short. If they were long enough, only the length was perfect. The size was too big. I tried one nice one on today. The length was perfect, but it was falling off. Seriously. FALLING OFF.
But I NEED JEANS. I need them. Mine are old, or short, or whatever. Argh! I need custom-made jeans, made to fit only ME since nothing else will. Why is it that long jeans always have to be BIG?? Ugh.
To Emily: Eh. Why did you write that post today? You were supposed to write it yesterday, and in your post you said "you better return it tomorrow". Does that mean I'm supposed to return it on Wednesday? =D I suppose since I told you I wrote a post about it and you forgot to, so you had to write it to get even, right? Lollll... Too late, though.
Anyway... Hah! Seeee? Your phone was so shiny and nice when I returned it to you today. Yes, yes, I'm very vicious. Too bad lor. Hahaha. And by the way, I'm not gonna die because of you, because you can only kill me if you catch me or throw a throwing star at me, but I will never let you catch me if you seek vengeance, and you don't have a weapon anyway. XD And, hey, "you're so gonna die" is MY line! I always say that! It's my line, MY LINE!
Pfft. Glad that phone thing is over. I'm not used to being so mad. It makes me uncomfortable, and I keep remembering the Bible verse or something that goes something like, "Don't let the sun go down when you are angry", so I was trying to calm down before I went to sleep.
Now time for some pictures from 2 days agooooo! Captions below the pictures.
This is me and Tash camwhoring the dressing room (with really weird poses) in Gap, as my Mom looked around for a SWIMSUIT for me!! Omg it was so much fun!!
We were in this shop called "the address" in The Gardens, and it was filled with so many beautiful things! We saw this beautiful white chair. We'd been talking about living together like in Totally Spies, and when we got married WITH OTHER PEOPLE, our husbands could move in with us. Then we could get all sorts of beautiful and unnecessarily expensive and breakable furniture (we hadn't thought about how we were going to get the money for it yet). We were ogling over this chair and talked about buying it (fat chance), when Tash checked the price tag. OMG. It was RM6,400. >.<>
We kept giggling and talking loudly and laughing hysterically in the shop like maniacs. The stuff there were soooo expensive, and there were some real animal-fur-and-skin rugs. An animal activist would have a fit. There were some other expensive-looking rugs on the floor, and I was wondering if we were allowed to actually step on it, or if it was just decoration (we stepped on it anyway). Then we saw these spoons. The one I'm holding in the pic cost RM138!! OMG! It's a spoon! We were laughing like crazy at the absurdity and told my Mom, but she said it was probably for the set or something.
This is really pretty. It's a ball made of sea shells all stuck together. Soo beautiful, but it would be such a waste of money in our house. Expensive beautiful sea shell thing + 3 very active brothers = x_x
This is also very pretty. I really like this. It's soooo cute.
I used to like (or think they are okay) almost everyone in school; that is, I didn't dislike anyone. But it's different now. Now some people are really getting on my nerves. I can't stand it. I really hate it. I'm going to try to avoid talking to them.
Emily borrowed me her phone today. Actually, I took it and asked to see what she would say. I was really surprised when she said, "Just tell me when my dad calls and you can return it tomorrow." And later... HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW SHE WAS JUST JOKING??? When she didn't chase after me as I went off with her phone, I thought she decided to let me really borrow it.
Oh well, who can blame me? I'm kinda blur sometimes (SOMETIMES). So if you're going to make jokes like that, watch out, because I might take them seriously. This has been a very bad day. Oh, Emily just called me just now to say, "Jiayu, you better not read my messages. So bad. You're such a pig." >=p PIG.
Uh. Hello? I am so not a pig. Pigs are fat. If I tell my Mom I think I'm fat, she'll probably send me to a lunatic asylum or something. I'm a twig, so not a pig. And oh, threaten me, will ya? Threaten me? I don't think so. I told JH about it because he heard me talking with a cold voice on the phone with Emily, and he's not very happyyyy. >=D
We went to Mid Valley after school today because JiaHe and JiaWei needed some shirts for Club Med and whatever. We went to eat at Dragon-i, and I played a game with JW there. He held out two fists, with a coin in one of them, and I had to guess. I got it right like 9 times in a row, and later, I got about 15 right out of 17.
Something's happening to my brain. I took a H&G quiz (a.k.a. Self Test) earlier today, and it was more difficult than I expected, so I had to guess most of them. I guessed about 12 out of 19. I was sure I was going to fail, so I was super surprised when I got 94. Wow. I'm not bragging since I can't really take credit for guessing.
Pfft. So anyway, I accidentally spilled some chilli in the restaurant. Not much a surprise for a klutz like me. I'm just going to skip some parts now. So in the end, we went to MPH Bookstores. Mom gave us, like, 20 minutes there, which is way too little. Whoever heard of such a thing? And I wasted 10 precious minutes following JH and JW to the magazines and comics section, because Mom said I had to follow them.
Oh, joy. Not. I sound like a pessimist. I went to the help counter thingy and asked the lady there if they had Valiant: A Modern Tale of Faerie by Holly Black, but the lady took AGES, then passed the job it to another lady. All the while, JH was rushing me on and saying Mom was about to pay, about to go. So I grabbed another book (The Twins at Fifth Form or something) and gave it to him to pay first.
But the second lady took so long, and I was resisting the urge to scream, so I just said, "Never mind" and walked out of the bookstore. Mom and my brothers were already at the car park outside the hotel near the bookstore, and I was scowling and clenching my fists.
Really, I don't think I had ever been so angry as that this month. Just wait 5 more minutes for the slow lady to find the right book, but nooooo... Gosh, I sound so bratty right now, but it's how I felt. I sat in the car, glaring outside the window and blinking the tears away, because embarrassingly, I tend to cry when I'm angry.
Omg. As I clutched The Twins at Fifth Form, I felt like ripping it apart. Omg omg omg. I was that angry. With the book thing and the whole Emily thing... I don't even know how to describe it. Let's just say if I was a werewolf (read New Moon by Stephenie Meyer if you don't get what I mean), I'd be running around like a savage mauling people right now.
No. NO. I am not an imaginary, mythical creature.
Well, after I read a bit of The Twins at Fifth Form, I felt a little calmer after that. When I went home, I asked my Dad, in front of my Mom, if he would bring me to the bookstore before Thursday to get (a) book(s) for the trip, and he said yes. That cheered me up.
Oh gosh. This post is so totally different from the usual, cheerful, upbeat others, right? Too bad I can't go back in time and avoid talking to some people altogether, so I wouldn't have to feel this angry right now.
Ugh. I sound like someone dealing with teenage angst or whatever you call it. Pfft. Better stop before someone sends me for counseling. Something's wrong with me; I'm usually all sunshine and happiness (when I said something about someone's attitude once, Wendy was like, "Ya la. Not like you, always so cheerful cheerful!") But I'm usually not like this. Really. And knowing me, I should forget about this in about... 1 week or possibly less. Then I might start typing about pretty rainbows and baby unicorns or something.
I feel different. QiSheun just asked me, "How was your day?" on MSN a few seconds ago, and I said "bad" instead of the usual "fine" or "good". This is probably the first time I replied "bad" to someone asking me about my day in this year. Wow. How pitiful.
I should create another blog (under a fake name, of course), that I can really, truthfully, type my feelings in, and let no one - NO ONE - I know know that it's me. Sounds pretty good. But if I ever do that, I'm not telling YOU the link.
Hey, guys! Sorry for not updating for so long. There was something wrong with the Internet connection. Our cheerleading uniforms are now green and white, instead of red and white, because Ms. Jasbeer said the red and white ones were too expensive. And the green and white ones are RM50 only for one set.
Disappointing. The red and white one was really nice. I don't care much for the green one, though. The skirt is quite nice, but I don't like the top. Too Sailor-Moon-ish. And they don't fit me very well. The skirt has to be tighter around the waist (it's hanging on my hips), and the top (actually, it's like a cross between a leotard and short pants) has to be tighter, also, because it's like poof! so big at the sides, like an elephant, but the top has to be longer, because it stretches when I raise my arms.
So I said, "I need this tighter, and this tighter, and this longer," which Sarah Ti found funny. We all changed into the uniforms in the Youth Hall instead of the toilet. Too ma-fan.
Tash came to my church again yesterday, and after that my Mom brought us to Mid Valley and The Gardens. We went to Gap again (no surprise; we always go to Gap because my Mom likes it) to look for a one-piece swimsuit. There was one colorful striped one, and I liked it, but we weren't allowed to try it on so my Mom said no.
Then we went to Borders and bought and read some books, and made a reservation at the Japanese restaurant beside Borders for 7:30PM, at 6:30PM. We went to Mid Valley to look for swimsuits but they were so not nice, which frustrated me a lot. My Mom's feet got sore because she was wearing high heels, so I had to switch my jelly ballet flats with her for THAT!
We switched back about 10 min. later, though. I begged my Mom to go back to Gap and buy that colorful one, but she didn't want to because she was afraid it wouldn't fit since I wasn't allowed to try it on, and it would be a waste of money. She also said her feet were sore again. I said that if it didn't fit I could give it to Yuwen, because once, I wore her swimsuit when I forgot to bring mine. And I offered to switch shoes again.
So I walked around awkwardly in high heels, trying not to complain too much. I could tell my Mom found this amusing. She offered to switch back AGAIN about 5 min. later. Thank God.
When we went back to the restaurant, I was SO grateful we made a reservation because there was one long line outside, lining up to eat there. Too bad for them. The food was so good. There were these really good sushis, salmon with cod roe and prawn with cod roe, and we all liked them a lot, but too bad they cost RM6 per plate (each plate has 2 on it). The food was SO GOOD. The vanilla ice cream wrapped in this rice skin thing was really good, too.
Then we got the swimsuit at Gap (YES!). My Mom said she was deducting the RM80-some from my angpau money (NO!). Then we fetched Tash home. I went home to try on the swimsuit, and thank God it fits! Just a little tight though. The straps are digging into my shoulders a bit. If only there was SOME way to make the straps like half a cm longer... Not going to school next Thur and Fri (Thursday is a holiday anyway). Going to Club Med in Cherating. Yay!
No time to type anymore because my time limit is running out, so just a short HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Isaac, Kelvin, and Tash!
No time to color the post either.

Not Emo, Not Gothic, and NOT a Vampire
Ohmigosh. Just finished reading the Bad Hair Day post on Zoe Ng's blog. Super funnayyy... Hahas. Tash came to my church today. She liked the youth alpha thing, and she's going again next week. We ate the brownies at church today. When I took the first bite I felt like I wanted to order 10 more, but then it turned out to be really filling and I was like so full.
And yeah, I finally learned to upload pics from the camera to my blog (as some of you might have already noticed)!! So I experimented with my Mom's makeup today and tried to look like a vampire (pale with purple eyelids), but there was a slight problem:
1. My Mom didn't have purple eyeshadow... So I put on blue eyeshadow first, then pink over it.
2. The eyeshadow was too sparkly... So I couldn't look like a vampire.
Ugh. So I so did not end up looking vampire-ish, but I did try to look emo/gothic. But my Mom didn't have black eyeshadow and red lipstick (I substituted it with sparkly magenta lipstick. I also used face powder but it wasn't light enough), so it wasn't very gothic, emo, OR vampire-ish. How sad.
Omg. The makeup on the table looks like so pretty right If you're a boy just be quiet okay?
Oh yeah, and I saw this picture of us when we were younger, maybe 9 or 10. The printer was running out of ink as the picture was being printed, so the color of our eyes and parts of our hair was faded and really pale. We look so cool and gothic!! Maybe I should consider getting pale contacts with reddish-brown rims... it looked pretty okay in the picture.
I'm just kidding. It'd look so freaky. Well, gotta go before my Dad kills me. Bye!
YEAH!! Tash finally went online, which means ... PICTURES! These are from March, when we went to watch The Spiderwick Chronicles. In the pics, we were at Borders bookstore at the Gardens, the Japanese restaurant beside Borders, and my room. *Scroll down for Tash's new love*
Attack! We are so incredibly cool weird
JiaHe, the super-chun model The Forest of Dreams... in a Mall. The floor ruined it. Gah.
Once again, JiaHe stuns the world with his new supercool pose!
A dog drinking tea at a Japanese restaurant... can anyone say "weird"?
Me and Jia He watching an episode of The Suite Life on his iPod
We are all whores... camwhores
SCREEAM! Goblin ambush!
Goblin attack! God save us!
Kiss the CookBear
Tash is in lo-o-ove with my DS
... in which Tash has a book for a face
My Stuffed Toys
Okay... this was supposed to be a picture of me and High School Debut, but my phone-cam-photo-taking skills aren't so great, so it turned out weird. =.=
My best friend forevaaaa, Tash!! She rocks XD
We made some videos too, but they're blur coz we took them with the handphone camera. Too lazy to update them though. You can go to Tash's blog for them. There were 4 but she doesn't have all of them.
Jia Qing took a drowned nestling (baby bird with little or no feathers) out of the pond. Its skin was see-through and you could see all the little organs in its stomach which was bloated with water. Then while we (me and my brothers, and Shi Wei and YuWen) were swimming, JQ found another bird.
This bird wasn't dead. It had feathers but was quite small, and was breathing but didn't seem to be moving much. I think it fell from the tree, since it was near the base of it. Speaking of trees, what happened to the Bat Tree? There used to be a tree outside my house, and when you stood under it and looked up, you could see several little bats huddled upside-down on it.
Let's just call the bird Roiben. I don't know if it's a girl or boy. Let's just assume it's a boy. So we just left Roiben under the tree in case his parents came back for him. After swimming, me and Shi Wei went upstairs and secretly ate some honey and trying the blackcurrent syrup and stuff. I didn't change yet, but Shi Wei did. After they went home, it started raining.
So I went downstairs looking to ask my maid where Serafin's little bed was. She was washing the clothes, which meant that I had to run across the backyard in the rain. I did it. I was still in my swimsuit, and was going to take a shower, so what difference would it make? Then I remembered the baby bird.
So I ran under the tree and went running around in the rain trying to look for a suitable place for it to stay. It was really cold and very windy, so after putting it somewhere, running upstairs and changing my mind, then running back downstairs, I ended up putting it behind a vase. Then Mom suggested I bring it upstairs, so I went back down, put it in a container with some tissue, and gave it some rice. Right now it's in my room.
TASH IS FINALLY ONLINE!! Now I can show you guys the pics and stuff.

My Mom is On a Diet (Vids)
Title: My Mom is On a Diet!(For some reason there is double.) When my begging and convincing that the video was not clear enough to see her facial features clearly did not gain me her permission, I showed her how blur the video was, and she started laughing at the funniness of it, and finally agreed. So here you go. Enjoy! (These took place at dinner today; ignore my failed stifled laughter.)
1. Mom is on a diet and Jia He tried to tempt her into eating the food.
2. Mom has food in her mouth! Lol... Looks like Jia He's plan worked.
3.Mom has an egg in her spoon and tries to decide if she should eat it. When I start taking the video, she hastily puts the spoon back, covers her face, and runs away. Jia He tries to tempt her... again.
Just something about the Loch Ness monster I got from Horrible Histories: The 20th Century, since Saskia was so freaked out when she read somewhere that the Loch Ness Monster lured children to ride on its back, and the next day the children's livers were found floating on the water.
Sir Peter Scott grew to be a famous wildlife expert. One of the investigations he took part in was the search for the Loch Ness Monster. He even came up with a scientific name for it: Nessiteras Rhombopteryx. The support of such a famous man meant a lot of people began to take Nessie seriously... until someone worked out that the letters of Nessiteras Rhombopteryx could be rearranged to spell Monster hoax by Sir Peter S! Lol. Still not sure whether Nessie is a fact or myth though. There are pictures, but they could be fake. But wouldn't it be cool if it were a myth?
And do you know which of the following were punished with the cane (it wasn't unusual for a pupil's finger to be broken by the cane) in a Birmingham girls' school?
1. Deliberately disobeying a teacher 2. Going into the boys' playground 3. Lateness 4. Smiling after ateacher told another girl off 5. Laziness 6. "Naughty talk" out of school 7. Writing in the lavatory 8. Talking in class 9. Bullying 10. Losing a book
ALL OF THEM!! Gosh. How strict, huh?
And here's something really stupid from the book:
The first Juvenile Courts (for children) are held in London. Kids' crimes include playing football in the street, gambling, throwing fireworks, insulting behaviour and (goodness knows why) 'shouting "Celery!"'.
CELERY!!! Lol!! "Celery!!" "You're coming with me sonny!"
I went on the swings with Zoe and some others while the other people went to play Ultimate Frisbee and Captain's Ball. As a result, I got a blister on my left hand, so I popped it. After I did, I noticed another blister on my right hand! Oh, joy. Popping the left blister was a mistake, and I regret it, because when water or soap touch it, it'll hurt. And I was part of the lunch duty team today, so...
Cheerleading practice today! Actually, it's more of a dance than cheerleading, but it's super fun! Practice started from 4PM-6:30PM. Ms Jasbeer had two 17-year-old girls from Sri KDU, named Melissa Campbell and Fiona, come over. Melissa is a champion, professional cheerleader. She's a dancer and learns ballet, modern dance, cheerleading, and whatever.
The dance is so cool (to us, at least)! But a little embarrassing. But all dances have at least one weird move, I think, so nevermind. We're combining the first song with Low by FloRida ft. T-Pain. Omg. It's so fast and our movements have to be clear and sharp, which is kinda harddd, actually.
So anyway, the people in the thing (squad?) - performing for Sports Day - are me, Hazel, Grace Kam, PaulMae, Esther, Joyce and Melinda (new!), and Natassha Zoe. Sarah Ti can't come for Sports Day, but she still joins us for practice.
Gosh... I dunno why, but I can't practice with Low at home. I could do it fine with music at school, but I can't do it at home. Zzz... must... practice.
This post is going to be unbelievably short, but...
Yay! I got Tithe already! I got the one with the butterfly on the cover. Niceeee book, but I have to admit they say the f-word a lot. I didn't really expect that. Hmm...
And Saskia wants to create a new blog. She has like, 4 abandoned ones already!!

Last night, me and my Mom heard this rhythmic dripping noise. Jiahe, Jiawei, Jiaqing, my Dad, and my cousin were sleeping in the room. My Mom asked me to go check what it was, so I went under the airconds and saw if they were leaking. They weren't. So I walked over to the sleeping people and listened.
It turns out the dripping noise came from Jiahe. He was snoring. It was sooo funny!! My Mom asked me to record it, so I took my phone, clicked "voice recording", and put it over Jiahe's face. If you want to hear it, ask me in school, because I dunno how to post it on my blog.
I went to watch 10,000 BC today, and it is SOOOO nice! You should definitely watch it. And is it just me, or do I always cry when I watch movies nowadays? Lol. I practiced the video's cheerleading dance (not the version Ms Jasbeer asked us to do) yesterday and today. I finally got it! Yay!! Too bad we can't use all the same moves from the vid. I got an email from Rachel See just now. It's called "In the Name of Religion". It is really infuriating!! Even my Mom got mad at the people when I showed it to her. He is just 8 years old, for goodness' sake!! I'm going to forward it. How cruel can people get??? OMG. I vow I will NEVER go to that country (or nation; whatever) for as long as I live, not if I can help it.
And there's this other place in the middle east with the initials S.A. Womens' rights there are pretty much nonexistent (!), which is why some people there are moving to Dubai, which is a much better place. I went there last year. It's pretty hot outside, but I went into this mall, and they had SNOW in there!! It's like 30-40 degrees Celsius outside and there's snow in the mall? It was so cool. We rented the gloves and jackets and stuff and entered the winter thing. It was so freezing cold. They had this slide thing, a dragon sculpture made out of ice, and even an igloo.
Um okay. Enough about Dubai. I just forwarded the email and I have to forward it again because the max was 50 people.

Switching Seats
A lot of us switched seats today. Some of us from Room 3 (namely, me, Saskia, PaulMae, XinYi, Wendy, Andrew, and Natassha Zoe) went over to the Other Side and some from the Other Side went over to Room 3. After lunch, we all started scrubbing and cleaning our ex-desks and prepared to move.
As we waited for Ms Emel outside, we were just standing around and talking and laughing and stuff. I had to stuff all my notes into my laptop bag. Zzz... No space in my schoolbag. I finished reading Eclipse!! So niceeee. I wish it lasted longer. 629 pages in 2 days. Gosh, what is wrong with me??? I wish I read just a tad bit slower. *Sigh*
Anyway, the "desk-moving" thing did not go the way we wanted. Me, PM, Sas, XinYi, and Wendy had originally wanted to sit together, but the teachers assigned us to different places instead. I'm sitting in Sarah Ti's place, and Wendy and Saskia are sitting behind me, sharing 2 desks with no divider to seperate them. How lucky.
But my place has one dirty, graffiti-ed blue divider on the left and a nice, clean grey divided on the right!! Not matching. I want 2 grey ones. The blue one originally looked horrible, because the owners before Sarah Ti had engraved a large, messy "B" on it and drew over it with liquid paper. They had also scratched the paint off in some parts, so the blue divider has brown scratches all over it.
It's terrible. What's so nice about graffiti? Don't you, whoever you are, have any respect for the people who are forced to endure the ugliness of the graffiti on your desk? Gosh. No one likes divider-art. It's horrible and frustrating to try to scratch it off. Which is exactly what I did. Scratch it off, I mean. I used a wet towel and scratched off some of the blanco, but I could NOT erase the blanco "B". Also, Sarah Ti had played with some BluTack and stuck it on her desk, and since she played with it so often, it was very sticky. So I used a blob of less-sticky BluTack to dab it all off. Then I used the towel to scrub it. Job done.
I dislike messy desks. The desk and bookshelves in my room at home are forever messy, because I use them so often and the bookshelves are crammed, and I don't have much stuff on my desk in school, so I want it to be very nice and neat and clean. I'm so glad it's scrubbed. I also covered the "B" with my torn calendar. Yay! And I have a synchronizing wire, so I don't have to walk back and forth everyday synchronizing. Double yay!
But I can't sit next to PaulLyn! We have about 2 desks between us. The least they could do was let me sit beside her, but noooo. We won't talk la, seriously. Maybe to borrow stuff, but not chit-chat, because people can easily catch people who talk... I think.
Oh yeah, and I got something from my Guardian Angel! I was thinking that maybe my GA was someone I didn't know or didn't like me or something. It was a note. It was signed, From: Weeyen Your Guardian Angel. Hah! I know it's just a trick. No one would be stupid enough to write their name there, then cross it off with just 2 strokes, so everyone could see their name.
Not falling for it.
Unless... Unless my GA knew that I would think that, and signed their name anyway so I wouldn't think it was them! HAH! Hmm... Nah. Not many people will think of that, I think. PL and PM think they know, but I won't let them tell me. I'd rather wait til next Tuesday and guess.
And Bee Bee was so funny, because when we were talking about GAs during lunch, she was like, "Eh, I think my Guardian Angel die already ah." My goshhhh hahaha!! And I just remembered I know who her GA is! I will ask that person to get her something. Don't worry, Bee Bee!
And I had to do lunch duty today, because I switched with Sarah See. Only me and Wee Yen were doing lunch duty. What happened to all the other team members??? Haiz. Bee Bee and PaulLyn were sitting there, talking and watching me. PL said it was fun to watch me wipe the tables. When I asked why, BB said because I would just hold the wet cloth on the table then let it slide, but me just staying rooted to the spot but slowly tilting sideways. Get it? ... Nvm.
I only have 30 minutes to use the laptop, so I'll keep this really short. I joined the cheerleading thing today (Mrs. Jasbeer is our teacher; why are you guys so afraid of her?). I had to quit keyboard because of that. I asked Mr. Fan already. He let me, because I told him I really wanted to.
We're not going to do anything excellently awesome like backflips, cartwheels, pyramids, and that thing where 3 girls throw someone in the air and catch her back (like the Sri KDU cheerleaders), but I've never tried cheerleading and I'm curious about it. We're kinda copying the moves from this CD, and they look pretty cool but also a little embarrassing... Oh well. That's it.
Oh, and I also noticed the sky looked pretty odd a while ago. It was yellow. The clouds were a not-very-nice shade of yellow, and the little patches of blue sky were also tinted with yellow. It wasn't the pleasant, warm sunshine kind of yellow; it looked like a faded, yellow-with-age picture of the sky.
The sky is also kind of brown at night, sometimes, which was why I was so surprised and excited when I saw that the sky was a deep, purplish-blue one time. Hmm...

Constant Chatter
I have these really weird moods sometimes, when I feel really quiet, calm, antisocial... a little melancholy too, sometimes, even though I don't really have anything to be sad about. I was having one of these moods today, at about 7:30PM, as I read page 102 of the third book in the Twilight series, Eclipse(I finished reading New Moon in school today), so I felt kind of relieved and glad when my SMS tone, White Houses by Vanessa Carlton, started playing as my phone vibrated.
Then I started playing The Sims 2. Saskia, Xin Yi, Wendy, and I had created our own characters in The Sims 2. We were a family. Xin Yi (Xelina Hilton) was the mom and Saskia (Sally), Wendy (Ashley), and I (Isabella) were one family. I played another family I created, the Mikadlos (Pierre - dad; Asha - quite girly girl; Rachna - goth), for the first time just now. I made Asha and Rachna dislike each other. Extreme sibling rivalry.
Then, because Asha and Rachna were teenagers, they went to school, and Asha brought back a friend. Guess who it was? ... My character (Isabella Hilton)! Then Rachna also made friends with Isabella... and then they (Isabella and Rachna) started crushing on each other!! They can actually crush in the Sims 2. Ugh. Why my character?? Disgusting. My character is NOT a lesbian.
I really have to get Rachna to fall in love with a guy. I don't want my nice, innocent character to have her first kiss with a GIRL (although if she has her first kiss, it'll gain them both 8,000 Aspiration Points)! Ew. Never mind. She will get a boyfriend. Rachna the goth is doing really badly in school; Asha is excellent, but she has a zit. Need her to use acne cream.
Hmm... I still haven't decorated the Hiltons' house yet. Saskia, Wendy, and Xin Yi are going to have to wait. I don't feel like building houses. I used to like it but all my houses are more or less the same... the furniture, the lighting, the wallpaper... Oh whatever. I'm doing lunch duty tomorrow. It's also PE day tomorrow.
I don't know why I'm pouring out such uninteresting things [to you guys] on my blog. I guess I just feel like writing - I mean, typing. I also feel like talking to someone. I mean, I'm talking to QiSheun on MSN, but still... The Sims 2 is fun. I can't wait for Sims 3 to come out. Rachel See says the graphics are really good. More realistic.
Also probably more expensive. Why does the Sims have to be so costly? I saw the new expansion pack for Sims 2 last Sunday - The Sims 2 Castaway Stories. I used to want it, but since Sims 3 is coming out next year, I guess I'll have to wait for that instead. Oh yeah, and the Sims 2 Castaways? Yeah, it's RM89. Wow! Could it get any cheaper?
I'm being sarcastic. RM89!! That's highway robbery!! Yeesh. I won't be able to get all The Sims 3 expansion packs if I used all my angpau money. Sooooo sad. I wish I could just type something on my laptop, and then - pow! - money falling from the sky. Like in the Sims 2. It doesn't really fall, but if you press Shift+Ctrl+C and type "motherlode", you get 50,000 Simoleons everytime you type it. That's why some of my Sims are millionaires. But if you type "kaching", you only get 1,000.
Anyway, I gotta go. It's pretty late - 10:08... Oh, hey, that rhymes!! Late... eight... Okay whatever. You have no interest in rhyming words, do you?
Maybe I could create a vampire Edward Cullen in The Sims 2... Nah. No one could ever make a character in the Sims as handsome as he is. And also, the vampires in the Sims are different from the Cullens. Hmm.

Happy April Fools' Day!
To Paullyn: Sorry! I just found out yesterday that you tagged me. I'll redo the tag later, or tomorrow, okay? Sorry!
Today is April Fools' Day! When I walked into the classroom (Room 3) this morning, people started calling me, like, "Jiayu! Jiayu! JIAYU!" And then Haresh was like, "Jiayu, Joseph likes you... April Fools!" Then Michaella and Natassha Zoe said, "Jiayu, you have something on your shirt... April Fools!" And stuff like that.
Then I went for devotion at the Other Side. Turns out we're having this Guardian Angel thing. Cool! And they sold cupcakes during lunch! When I saw the cupcakes, I asked Xin Yi to help me hold my stuff and dashed downstairs to get my money. I do that when I see cupcakes in school, because I don't really like the food there.
After I finished my goals, I started finished reading New Moon in class. It is SOOOOO nice!! It makes me feel dead, like Bella, when Edward left, sad during the sad parts, and happy during the happy parts (like when he came back). I love Edward Cullen!! <333333
My mom came late today. I went back at like 4:25, so during the time I had in school, we (me, Andrew, Saskia, Xin Yi, Wendy, Cayla) pranked people (well, Andrew and Saskia pranked and we just suggested who else to prank and watched). Andrew pranked Cayla's mom, my Mom, Miss Emel, and who-knows-who-else.
Then Saskia pranked Calvin Ng (he kept calling back!), Isaac (he was no fun), Wendy's sister (this was the most fun), and forgot-who-else. Then when the others went back, Sas and I stayed in the Seniors' Room, me sending songs to her and listening to music. Then Isaac and Bee Bee came in, and we talked for a while, then I went home. The end.
April Fools wasn't really special to me today, because I did not prank anyone.
