30 July 2007 - Monday

Today I took the cover jacket off the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (HPDH) book, (btw yesterday we got Tash one but her mum says she can't read it til after UPSR!!) and everyone thought it was a Bible, coz the book without the jacket is just... all BLACK, and is creepy to have beside you at night, staring at you and watching you with that blank look, which is why I brought the Daniel Radcliffe biography-thing with me when I went to sleep and secretly read HPDH. I was up to page 577 today (total no of pages in the book are 608). Crazy Shihao and Tuan2, my cousins, told me that Ron died before I read it. I slept over at Yuwen's Mont Kiara condo on Saturday, after all, and I told Shihao not to tell me the ending and he yelled, "RON DIED AND HARRY GOT MARRIED BLAH BLAH BLAH!!!" I was sticking my fingers in my ears and screaming to drown out his voice. Then yday, I went to the hospital to see my Gramma and Tuan2 was there, and I told him about the Shihao thing, and he said, "Yeah, Ron died. So sad."

And I was like, "WHY DID YOU TELL ME?!?!"

And he was really surprised and said, "But I thought Shihao told you already!"

I said, "Yeah but I didn't believe him!"

But I will NOT tell you if Ron died or not, even tho I have finished reading the entire book, and I only got it on Friday (read abit that day only), and I'm like done now. It's sad how quickly we tend to read books. Well, some of us anyway. I'm not bragging, I'm just saying. I wanted that book to last me longer, but now that has gone up in smoke. At lunch, I kept saying, "Earwax jellybeans!" and grossing Wendy out.

And today, I noticed, thanks to Paul Lyn, that Lydia C. W. has copied my hairstyle. PL said that she thought Lydia was me from the back! Her hair is a tad curlier, yeah, and she's Black, yeah, but it's still layered. I was like, "How did you tell the salon person?" I almost wanted to ask if she secretly took pictures of my hair and showed it to the salon person, but decided to bind my mouth, becoz that ridiculous idea is highly unlikely. She said that she and her mum just said, "Layered."
