Has Anyone Seen My Mind? I Seem to Have Lost It.
SHOOT!!!! D= Internet Explorer had an error AGAIN just now, so I had no time to save the blog post I wrote just now! Darn you, IE! So faulty! Ugh. I guess I'll just have to try and remember what I wrote just now...
I recently saw some pictures of the Kaulitz twins on vacation in Maldives last Christmas, and they smoke. =.='' They were holding glasses of orange cocktails and smoking in 2 or 3 of the pics... Well, they're still sexy anyway. ^^ But in the pictures, I noticed that Bill kept looking around suspiciously. Maybe he was searching for photographers...? But I think the Kaulitzes launched an operation to get rid of the photos of them on vacation on the Internet, so I didn't get to see them in total relaxation mode. Oh well. At least there were some left.
I searched for the piano sheet music for 1000 Meere - Tokio Hotel for like, EONS, but all I managed to find was one by some person named Viola on tapartoche.com who played it by ear and transcribed it, but it was half a key higher than the original song, so I rejected it. And I couldn't get it from mk13Rain, who played 1000 Meere/1000 Oceans and Monsoon and etc. so beautifully on the piano -- all by ear.
But I found a Spring Nicht ("Don't Jump" in English; it's anti-suicidal; also by Tokio Hotel) tutorial on Youtube on Saturday, so I learned that instead. I mean, hey, better than nothing, right? The beginning was easy and sounded good, so I was pleased with myself for finding the video and deciding to try and play it, but when I tried the rest of the song...
IT. WAS. HARD. AND. CONFUSING.
The left-hand notes for the chorus that had to be repeated 3 times kept changing every time the chorus was repeated! Small changes, but frequent. And some of the right-hand notes were slightly different from the song (but still sounded good), only slightly, so they're not so important, but I listened to the song and changed the notes to follow the song anyway. As for the left-hand notes, I just did it my own way after that, not following it exactly. I don't have to follow it exactly, so.
I love Tokio Hotel songs. Most of them are in minor keys and I prefer songs that are in the minor instead of major. and because of that, I got so insane yesterday I scared myself. Here's my schedule for yesterday. It's not exact, because I can't remember it exactly, but it's just so you'll be able to see how maniacal I am.
And that totals to about... MORE THAN 10 HOURS OF SITTING ON FRONT OF THE PIANO!! My pinky -- only my pinky -- hurt for some reason after that, and it made my whole left hand sore. I think I should have stopped or at least taken a long break when it started hurting, but I was too determined. I know, I know. I'm insane. I'm maniacal. I'm a lunatic. I'm embarrassed...
08:30 AM: Wakes up and goes downstairs to start practicing the piano.
10:00 AM: Eats breakfast.
10:30 AM: Goes back to the piano.
12:00 PM: Goes out somewhere to eat lunch.
02:00 PM: Comes back home and continues playing the piano.
07:30 PM: Eats dinner and takes a shower.
08:30 PM: Piano again.
11:30 PM: Reluctantly leaves the piano when my mom nags at me to go to sleep.
If only I could put half -- or even less than half -- of that enthusiasm and energy into my schoolwork. Oh well. I can only dream. Oh, and speaking of schoolwork, you know how my mom reacts when I tell her what I get for my tests?
Me: Hey, Mom! I got 71 [fail] for my H&G [History & Geography] test!
Mom: Mmm. Okay.
Me: Hey, Mom! I got 100 for my LA [Language Arts/English] test!
Mom: Mmm. Okay.
And if she's actually paying attention ( O_O ) to what I'm saying, and if I'm lucky, she might actually even say "good girl" or "good la"! *gasp*
Hmm. I wonder what Saskia would say if I told her Tom Kaulitz smokes. She says she loves Tom Kaulitz.
Omg? I just called her and told her that, and she just gave me a monotonous "Oh okay". I was really surprised at this because I was totally expecting her to be shocked or at least mildly shocked, but she just kept saying "oh okay", "haha", and "okay". What's up with that?
Okay, just got an SMS/text message from Saskia.
Saskia: I acted like a zombie cuz me mum was right next 2 me
Me: Err... Why must you act like a zombie when your mom is beside you?
Saskia: Cuz then she will ask then Ralf will hear her and he will start asking me crapy questions la!
Me: =.='' lol? So are you surprised or were you concealing your surprise?
Saskia: I am suprised ofcourse...
Me: Haha. I was too. I'll show you the pics. They're so hot! I think you'll be glad to hear that tom has more muscle tone than bill.
Saskia: K.
And what am I supposed to reply to "K"? So I'm not going to reply. Lolz. I think I'll stop blogging now. This post is long enough. Oh, and I almost forgot to announce! We're having a one week holiday! Woohoo! Now my mom can't use "You have school tomorrow!" as an excuse for me not to sleep late (P.S. Her definition of "late" is usually 10 PM. =.=").
But she's going to nag me anyway if I sleep "late".
"Late". Riiiiiight...
Rachel is at my house right now, playing Dora the Explorer games. She's so cute. She's playing a game where the character, Swiper the fox ("Swiper, no swiping! Swiper, no swiping!"), is in a volcano, and she was like, "Oh, there are gems in the volcano! They're so pretty! Look at the gems over there! So beautiful!"
