Grace K Got IN!!
On Friday, when I was doing a report at the Other Side, Jon Roberts came outta the Seniors Room and said, "Hey JiaYu, wanna hear my poem?" I was like, "Uh... Okay." Then he came over to the computer and said, "Roses are red,Violets are blue. You stink,But I still love you."Somehow I knew he was gonna say something like that. 15-year-old guys are like that. For some reason I found that hilariously funny and started laughing. Then Wendy had to do an outline (she chose to write about ice cream), but instead she wrote a paragraph about it so I was like teaching her how to write outlines, but writing an outline on ice cream is like... I didn't know what to write, so I convinced her to change the subject to wolves, which are very pretty animals and interesting subjects. I started liking wolves ever since I read The Immortals series by Tamora Pierce. But Wendy still didn't get it so nevermind...And I found out that Shabeta's blog link is www.lilcookiesncocoworld.blogspot.com!!! SO cuteeee la the link. Cookies and Coco world. HAHA!! My cousin Shi Wei has this obession about a nonsense word he made up, Bobo. He will go and ask his maid, "Am I bobo?" And the maid has to say yes, so he would go, "Yay." He says that "bobo" means "good." So he will go, "JiaYu is not bobo! JiaYu is not bobo!" And I would be like, "I AM BOBO!!" The boboness disease spreads very quickly.GUESS WHAT??? During lunchtime I asked Grace a question, and she said that...SHE WENT TO THE AUDITIONS AND GOT THE PART AS A BALLERINA FAIRY IN THE PETER PAN MUSICAL!!!!!!!!And they were gonna pay her for it and stuff!! I was like so happy for her and SUPER excited... maybe because I think acting is fun. Acting is funnn... not that I've had any experience... but it seems fun, and they're paying her for it! WOW! Imagine having a job when you're 12 and being paid for it!It's soooooooooooooooooo cool I hope I can go. But I must ask Grace about the tickets first. What's the dress code? The last time I went to Istana Budaya (the place she is performing) to watch a play with JH and Aunty Julie, the people were so formal and wearing dresses and long dresses and stuff like that. After the play, we were all crowded in this room filled with tables of French food like shrimp in a cup of orange mayonnaise, cucumber things, little jellies in glasses, salmon, whatever. It was so cool!!So who else is going? Tell me on my Cbox...
